Contact Lens Fit Evaluation
A Contact Lens Fit Evaluation is necessary if you have never worn lenses or if there is a need/desire to change the current contact lens fit. This charge will be in addition to the comprehensive eye examination fee. The fee will cover the initial evaluation and all contact lens related follow-up visits for a period of 60 days. The evaluation fee can vary depending on the type of contact lenses.
If you are a new patient, bringing your contact lens boxes or a signed copy of your last contact lens prescription to your appointment may save you money.
