CarlinVision is excited to welcome Dr. Nancy Huynh, a board-certified ophthalmologist with more than a decade of experience providing comprehensive medical
and surgical eye care. She specializes in cataract surgery, glaucoma management, and the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of ocular conditions. Dr. Huynh earned her Bachelor of Arts in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry from Yale University before receiving her medical degree from Harvard Medical School. She completed her internship at Scripps Mercy Hospital in San Diego, followed by an ophthalmology residency at Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary/Harvard Medical School in Boston. She then completed a fellowship in Ophthalmic Genetics and Clinical Trials at the National Eye Institute, National Institutes of Health.
Dr. Huynh is committed to staying at the forefront of evolving technology and innovation in eye care. She is passionate about delivering compassionate, individualized care while helping patients achieve their best possible vision. Dr. Carlin is a highly experienced, board-certified ophthalmologist and Diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology with more than five decades of experience in vision care and surgical innovation. A graduate of the University of Illinois College of Medicine, he completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of Michigan before serving in the United States Navy in Key West, Florida. In 1977, he founded CarlinVision and has since built a longstanding reputation for excellence in LASIK, cataract surgery, refractive procedures, and cosmetic eyelid surgery. Throughout his career, Dr. Carlin has completed more than 11,000 procedures and remains at the forefront of advanced laser and refractive technologies. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and an active member of multiple leading professional organizations, reflecting his enduring commitment to clinical excellence and patient care.
